Your Part in the Promise

Since 1995, I have been privileged to serve as the Executive Director of Hope Village. This means that I have helped guide the physical development of the campus and the services which those buildings and spaces provide. Throughout these years, I have been encouraged by the spirit of giving of time and money by a wide variety of people in our community. What has motivated these varieties of gifts has been the vision of the future that Hope Village presented. It would be a place where our elderly parents and friends could find community, care, and a sense of belonging.

While all of the buildings of Hope Village have been completed, the final task is yet to be accomplished: ownership and management of the assisted living/nursing facility. I am excited that we can again turn to our friends in our supporting churches and the wider Canby community for I know that they understand the vision and will again give of their time and money. I invite you to join with them to make our campaign, “The Promise of Hope” a success.
