The Time is Right

From the beginning, Hope Village has planned to assume ownership of the assisted living/nursing facility from
Marquis Companies. The date for this transfer is now set
for March 1, 2011. Primary financing of the purchase will be through tax exempt bonds. In order to take this important step, we at Hope Village, Inc. have embarked on a $1.5 million campaign. These campaign donations, along with reserve funds from Hope Village’s current operations, will
be used to expand our office space and to create operating
and debt reserves for the operation of this assisted living/nursing facility.

By enabling us to purchase the Marquis facilities, our campaign, “The Promise of Hope,” will allow us to make our demonstration of Christ’s love more unified and directly responsible to our board and to our churches.
