Hope Village Pastoral Services

People who are facing illness, life changes, or death often find themselves seeking spiritual support.

Dedicated to caring for the whole person, Hope Village Pastoral Services, directed by Chaplain Gerry Hosler, seek to address both spiritual and emotional needs of our residents. Assistance can pertain to life changes, onset of serious health conditions, and grief.

Chaplain Gerry Hosler

The Hope Village Chaplain facilitates spiritual services provided by external resource people, such as pastors, priests, and music ministers, and is available to help the resident stay connected to his or her church or family of faith.

Welcoming personal invitations to visit, the chaplain provides non-judgmental, confidential support for residents, their friends and families, as well as for employees of Hope Village. This support may occur in the form of friendly visitation and the sharing of music, prayer, scripture, or devotional and other inspirational literature. Pastoral services are available for people of all religious faiths, as well as those who have no faith tradition.
