The residents of the Gardenhomes must be able to live independently. No personal, hospitality, or medical care is provided by Hope Village. These services are available on the Hope Village Campus. Access to these services will be as space is available and as the resident is able to pay independently for them. The Gardenhomes are available through Life Leases. The purchase of the lease entitles the resident to live in the home as long as he/she is able to live there independently.
