How do I lease a Garden Home?
Garden Homes are offered under a Life Lease contract, which requires a payment to move in and a monthly service fee. Up to 60% is refunded to the resident.
Can I keep my pet?
Yes. Pets are welcome in accordance with the Hope Village Pet Policy.
What happens if I decide to move?
The Life Lease is terminated and Hope Village will pay the amount of the Life Lease refund due to the resident.
Can I travel and leave my home vacant for extended periods of time?
Yes. Hope Village will maintain your home while you're away, as long as the office is notified of your absence.

What is the minimum age requirement for Hope Village residence?
Hope Village is a 62+ community.
Do I have to be a member of a church to live at Hope Village?
No. All are welcome.

Yes. Hope Village offers raised garden beds and garden plots to residents who have an interest in gardening.
