Gardenhomes are offered under a "Life Lease". The lease requires a payment at move in with up to 60% refunded when resident moves out.

Can I keep my pet?
Yes, there is a pet deposit and regulations as to the size of the animal.

What happens if I need to move to assisted care?
The "Life Lease" is cancelled and the refund portion amount is paid to the resident.

Can I travel and leave my home vacant for extended periods of time?
Yes, and Hope Village will maintain it while you are gone as long as the office is notified of your absence.

How do I get a tour of the campus?
Call Hope Village at (503) 266-9810 to schedule a tour.

What is the age requirement for Hope Village?
Hope Village is a 62+ community.

Do I have to be a member of a church to become a resident of Hope Village?
No, but many of our residents are local church members.

I like to work outside with plants. May I do this as a resident of Hope Village?
Yes, garden plots are offered to those residents who have an interest in gardening.
