Cascade House and The Meadows at Hope Village are 50-unit apartment complexes rented to people age 62 and older who qualify for reduced rents.

Each complex has two floors with a centrally located elevator. They also have activity rooms equipped with small kitchens for resident activities and family get-togethers.

Cascade House has 46 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments (663 square feet) and four two-bedroom, one-bath apartments (1,010 square feet).

The Meadows has 42 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments (736 square feet) and 8 two-bedroom, one-bath apartments (1,049 square feet).

All apartments have an outside patio with private storage units and kitchens equipped with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available on both floors.

The Meadows also offers a guest room for visiting relatives of Hope Village residents. Guests may stay one to four nights for a reasonable fee. (Some restrictions and conditions apply.)
